Since the first inflatable boat was available for the leisure industry the only successful solution to a punctured tube has been a glued patch. The arrival of the RIB has made boating more accessible but the problem encountered with a tear or worn-through abrasion is still acute. Barton Marine, has now launched a highly innovative repair and safety system designed to address this problem – instantly. The patented ClamSeal is a compact safety device which can be quickly inserted into any tear in a tube or fabric floor up to 90mm (3.5 inches). Hand tighten the nut is all that is needed before reinflating the tube for an instant repair which can actually last indefinitely before a permanent repair need be carried out. Suitable for any inflatable product or fabric surface, the ClamSeal will instantly repair a tear in situ, even underwater. This means that an inflatable can now be repaired offshore and return to safety under without assistance.

 | Öffnen Sie die rote Mutter und ziehen Sie die beiden Klemmbacken auseinander. Die Basisplatte wird nun in das Leck eingeführt. Die Hilfsleine und die Griffkugel halten alle Teile lose Beisammen, sodass die Basisplatte nicht im Luftschlauch verloren werden kann. |
 | Drehen Sie die Basisplatte ein wenig, um den Gewindestifft in das Loch zu bekommen. |
 | Mit der Hilfsleine setzen Sie nun die Basisplatte und das Oberteil zusammen. Die ClamSeal muss das Leck komplett bedecken. |
 | Drehen Sie nun die Mutter wieder aufs Gewinde und drehen Sie diese fest. Nutzen Sie dabei keine Werkzeuge. |
 | Pumpen Sie den Luftschlauch nun wieder auf. Das robuste Material und das technische Design stellen sicher, dass ClamSeal hater Beanspruchung standhält und wieder und wieder benutzt werden kann. |
