cam cleats - Pump-Action Cleat

A unique pivoting cleat from ALLEN that allows the line to run freely until the rope is lifted at which point it cleats. It will release again when the rope is flat on desk. Frequently used for Spinnaker halyard pump-up systems on 470´s, Fireballs, RS700 and other dinghy classes. Designed for use with 4 mm lines.
