The New Zealand company was founded in 2004 by Gregg Kelly to develop a new system for mounting panels on superyachts. At the time, removable panels on yachts presented a number of challenges, so Gregg Kelly saw this as an opportunity to develop a customised solution - the Fastmount panel mounting system was born. After the very first products (PC-M1B and PC-F1A), a comprehensive range was developed covering many different applications and industries.
One of the advantages of the Fastmount system is that internal panelling can be easily removed and reattached in any order. Furthermore, there are no visible fixings of the system, no damage to panels as they can be used during the final stages of construction and shorter downtime for customers during a refit.
For the German and Austrian markets, Fastmount will continue to rely on Lindemann KG as a distributor and wholesaler for the yachting and caravanning industry, where Fastmount products are also very popular.
